Oryx Desert Salt from the pristine Kalahari desert, is a mineral-rich, clean alternative to sea salt, rock salt and Himalayan salt. Naturally organic, sun-dried and unrefined, sustainably harvested from an underground aquifer free from industrial contamination and micro-plastics.

Each grinder contains 80% coarse Oryx Desert Salt and 20% chili flakes.

We use a blend of 3 different varieties of chilies - Birds Eye, Afghan and Thai. These chilies are grown by Backyard Farms - a community empowerment project creating an income for Gogos (grandmothers) in Gugulethu, a community near Cape Town.
