Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of raw almonds

Instructions:

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, toss the almonds with the olive oil until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the Oryx Desert Salt evenly over the almonds.
  6. Roast the almonds for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and fragrant.
  7. Remove the almonds from the oven and allow them to cool completely.
  8. Store the roasted and salted almonds in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.

Note: You can adjust the amount of salt based on your preference. You can also add other seasonings like garlic powder, smoked paprika, rosemary, or even honey for a different flavour.
