Ingredients

10 Gram Oryx Desert Salt
70 Gram Honey
40 Gram Butter
50 Gram Sugar
50 Gram Mixed Nuts
50 Gram Almonds Flaked
50 Gram Hazel Nuts
80 Gram Dried Fruit
75 Gram Flour
20 Gram Cocoa Powder
5 Gram Mixed Spice

Method

  • Melt the honey, butter, Oryx Desert Salt and sugar together.
  • Mix together the rest of the ingredients
  • Mix the two together and beat well in the mixer
  • Bake in oven for about 10min
