Homemade Simple Salsa

Featuring Santa Annas.
Oryx Product: Coarse Grinder & Chilli Grinder

Ingredients:

5 fresh tomatoes (750 g)
1 onion (150 g)
2 cloves garlic (20 g)

Optional: roast or braai half of the above ingredients

2 bunches coriander/ cilantro with stalks (20g)
1 bunch fresh Oregano, woody stalks removed (10g)
1-2 Limes, zest and juice, to taste
¼ cup pickled jalapeno slices (30-40g)
2 Tbsp coconut sugar - or erythritol for keto (10 g)
½ tsp cumin powder
1-2 tsp salt or chilli salt, to taste

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until it is as chunky or smooth as you like it.

Serve with corn tortillas and ranch dip, on salads, over potatoes and veggies… anything you feel like!
