Homemade Ranch Dressing – the spicy version

Dunk anything!

Oryx Product: Chilli Salt + chilli salt refill

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup mayo (250ml)
1 cup sour cream or greek yoghurt (250ml)
2 limes (3-4 Tbsp juice + zest)
small bunch fresh dill, finely chopped 5g
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
¼ - 1 tsp chilli salt, freshly ground

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all, merrily tasting and adjusting as you go. #excusetolickthespoon

Loosen up with a drizzle of water or preferred milk if you would like it runnier.

Enjoy as a chip dip, or as a dressing over salads, veggies, chicken wings… you name it.
